Hours of Operation

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, SCC hours are currently
7:30 am to 5:00 pm
​Monday to Friday
Previous hours of operation were 7:00 am to 5:45 pm. SCC will reassess the hours of operation as the COVID-19 situation subsides.

Vacation
All children who attend SCC on a full-time basis are entitled to take 1 week of vacation from their childcare fees when their child is on vacation. This vacation entitlement must be taken at once and cannot be taken more than once in any 12 month period

SCC observes the following statutory holidays:
  • New Years Day
  • Family Day
  • Good Friday
  • Easter Monday
  • Victoria Date
  • Canada Day
  • August Civic Holiday
  • Labour Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Eve (close at 1:00)
  • Christmas Day
  • Boxing Day
  • New Years Eve (close at 1:00)
* If the Holiday falls on a non-working day, SCC will be closed on a day immediately before or following the holiday. 
Parents are required to pay full fees for all holidays
